Have you ever had a leak? Yep, a LEAK! Not a LEEK! A Leak! You know, that thing that happens when you put water in a balloon and all of a sudden it comes pouring out on to the floor? Yes, that! That ‘thing’ also seems to happen in our personal and business lives. You keep on pouring and pouring and pouring into your relationship, but there’s no difference. There’s a leak. You keep pouring and pouring into your business. But, NO difference. There’s a leak! You work sooooo hard only to still come out on the losing end at the end of the month. Guess what? There’s a leak!
The problem is that most of us don’t understand that there is a leak. And by the time we realize it, a lot has been lost. But, that isn’t the end of the story. Many times, if you are able to recognize the leak, fix it, then employ the right strategy, you can come back even better than before. Here’s the AWESOME thing. When you do that, you learn about fixing leaks and come back with lessons that you can teach others.
That’s just what my guest, Chris Miles, did. He was ‘leaking’ to the tune of $900,000. But, he identified the leaks, fixed them, employed a winning strategy and now he helps others to do the same.
