Podcast – Guest: Liz Weber – Leadership Accountability

At the beginning of the year, many people decide to take on a new resolution.  It may be health based.  It may be personal.  It may be work based.  It may be family based.  But, in more than 90% of the cases, people fall off track with their resolutions and goals.

In the corporate world, the goals are often thrown off track as well.  Leaders, because of the demands and the fast pace, often get pulled in many directions themselves and they don’t get to focus in on the results they desire.  Another challenge is that when you are the leader, not many people want to tell you about your gaps because they fear being fired.

What’s missing?

Accountability.  Leadership Accountability.

My guest, Liz Weber, is known as the Dragon Lady of Leadership Accountability.  She gets it done and keeps leaders on track.  When you are talking about high-powered execs, it takes a strong person to be able to do that.  This interview will help figure out how to be accountable in a corporate setting and how to drive the transformation that gets the results you desire.
