Leaders see the visible before it happens. At least, that is what they are supposed to do. They should have a clear vision and eyes that recognize trends that indicate possible results. SHOULD!
Fortunately or unfortunately, we’re human and so we don’t always get it right.
While a leader doesn’t always need to be perfect, they need to recognize where they need help. They need to understand that like everyone else, they have blindspots and need help with seeing them. This help can come in the form of coaching, executive coaching, consulting or simply reaching out and asking the tough, powerful questions that are needed.
