A pretty smart person told me some time ago that leaders are readers. I don’t know if I necessarily started WANTING to be a leader but I’m finding that it does come in pretty handy. It keeps me motivated. It informs me about other perspectives. It helps me know what other people are doing and interested in. It keeps me current.
